Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
  • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

International Shipping RoseLune ships worldwide to over 200 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Risk of Loss Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. RoseLune is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier handoff.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
